We know starting and operating a business in Guam is not easy. There are numerous compliance items, mandates, and regulations necessary in establishing and operating your business. In addition, there is a shortage of supplies and equipment, and environmental factors that may require you to temporarily close your business. In 2023, RIO Consultants was established to assist individuals who aspire to open up their own business and to provide the industry compliance, health and safety services required for their operations. With over 15 years of combined experience in compliance, health, and safety, we are subject matter experts in regulatory compliance in numerous industries. After meeting with clients, we identified an apparent shortage and demand for supplies and equipment for Guam Businesses. Thus, we expanded and established our retail department, RIO Trading. Initially, we were a supplier of small tools, such as thermometers and light meters. Due to our established working relationships with our partners and clients, RIO Trading has the capacity to provide residential, commercial, and industrial equipment.
